Jill has been a loyal Joe Fresh customer for many years. The objective of the partnership was rooted in aligning Jillian’s savvy, fashion-forward fan base with one of Canada’s most iconic retailers – bringing Jillian’s personal style to a wider audience.
The Strategy
Incorporating Jillian’s passion for sustainability and accessibility into the collection was vital to the long-term success of the relationship. The inaugural launch included the famous Pink Jilly Jacket, which featured sustainable materials and product packaging.
The Results
York & James leveraged the success of the Jilly Jacket to develop a blueprint for collaborations between the brands. Jillian Harris has launched six collaborations with Loblaws in total, which have featured exclusive, limited edition designs in both the home and apparel categories for the companies namesake brands, Joe Fresh and Life At Home!
