Todd is best known as the real estate agent on “Love it or List it Vancouver", but he has a deeper history with Real Estate than most realize. As an actor by trade, Todd decided to use the power of Real Estate & renovation as his long-term plan for financial stability. He began investing in real estate in Vancouver 15 years ago and has gutted and renovated multiple properties over the years — handling everything from the plumbing and electric to paint and flooring. He is currently finishing work on his own homes in downtown Vancouver and Kelowna, BC. He is passionate about educating people about the process of home buying and home ownership, teaching them about maximizing the value of their investment (location, renovation and refinancing).

Todd has a unique skill set that allows him to engage with audiences on TV, online and especially in person. His 25+ years in front of the camera and on stage brings a relaxed confidence and energy to hosted events, gala’s and industry events across North America. Todd is committed to creating meaningful, captivating content that adds value to his audiences.

His television work includes, Love it or List It Vancouver (HGTV Canada) & Love It Or List It Too (HGTV USA), Who Lives Here (W Network), and Game of Homes (W Network).

Todd is the West Coat Editor for Hoss Magazine, a bi-monthly Home & lifestyle Magazine. He is also a Celebrity contributor for DRIFT Magazine, an upscale Global travel magazine.
In addition, Todd appears regularly on Breakfast Television and CTV Morning Live.

Todd has gained a reputation internationally as a real estate expert and coach in the areas of investing, renovation, buying & selling and design. He is passionate about helping people make choices that maximize the potential in their homes both financially and functionally.
